How do I get my Florida shipping address?
Create an account in the Zuri portal. Your account gives you the correct warehouse address and your customer details to use at checkout.
How often do you fly to Jamaica?
We operate three flights every week. Contact our team for the current dispatch days and your shipment’s expected timeline.
What is a pre-alert?
A pre-alert tells us about a package before it reaches Florida. Sign in to your portal and provide the US courier tracking number, item details and invoice.
Where do I collect my package?
Collection is in Portmore, Cumberland, by arrangement. We do not currently have a walk-in storefront. Wait for your ready-for-pickup notification and contact us before visiting.
Can you deliver to my parish?
Ask our team about local delivery or Knutsford islandwide delivery. Additional fees apply and are confirmed before you arrange delivery.
Do you ship barrels or offer sea freight?
We currently offer air freight and package forwarding only. Sea, barrel and container shipping are not currently available.
Does the shipping estimate include customs charges?
The shipping calculator estimates freight only. Customs duties, taxes and other applicable charges are separate. Ask for a quote for an indicative customs estimate.
